Nepal has nine national parks like as Chitwan National Park, Bardia National Park, Rara National Park, Makalu Barun National Park, Kahptad National Park, Sagarmatha National park, Shey-Phoksundo national Park, Shivapuri National Park and Langtang National Park. Chitwan National Park
Chitwan region has a long history of conservation. Chitwan national Park was declared UNESCO natural heritage sites in 1979.Chitwan National Park is situated in southern central part of Nepal .It covers 932 Sq k.m covered with forest overlooking floodplaints of narayani,Reu and Rapati rivers.The Park headquarter Kasara is 21 k.m far from the Bharatpur. Chitwan National Park can be reached either bus or aeroplane.Air transport will take 20 minutes from Kathmandu. And the bus transport can be take sox hours.kathmandu to chitwan is 146 kilometers. Royal Chitwan National Park wilderness of rich eco system that includes birds, mammals, reptiles, and several kinds of water animals.

Bardia Jungle Safari
It is the largest and most undisturbed wild area of the Terai region in Nepal Himalayas. It is situated in the low land of Western Terai Similar to Chitwan National Park, but with a drier climate and a more remote location, Bardia covers 968-sq-kms of riverine grassland and sal forests.
Terai or lowland hills and valleys of southern Nepal, nowhere over 1,000 feet in elevation, extend all along the Indian border. The Terai once supported a healthy wildlife population in a habitat of 25-foot high elephant grass and dense hardwood forests, but had very few people, due to virulent malarial mosquitoes.

Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve
Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve was established in 1976. Its covers 1756 sq. km. in this area. This reserve located in the flood plains of the Sapta-Koshi in the mid-east Nepal, and is a favorite spot for bird enthusiasts. This wildlife reserve's vegetation includes patches of Sisoo forest and spreads of tall grass. The last surviving herd of wild buffaloes in Nepal is found here. Other species include wild boar, hog beer, spotted deer and blue bull called nilgai. A total of 280 species of birds, including ducks, ibises, egrets, herons and floricans, are recorded here.
