Nar Phu Valley trekking trail follows Annapurna round trail for couple of days in the beginning through a unique Marsyandi river then separate the trail after Koto Manang. Nar Phi Valley was first explored by Tilman in 1950 but it was closed to trekkers until late 2002, according to the history of Nepal. So very few trekkers have been explored these untouched villages and climbed the many 7000m peaks in circled it.The people looks like Tibetan , those people are called Bhote, they are settled in Nar Phu Valley Trekking region.

The main high lights of the Nar Phi valley trekking are high altitude grazing settlements, ancient village, opened only since 2003 for trekkers, old monastery, crossing the Kanga pass, snow peaks, wonderful views of Annapurna and Manacle, encounter with blue sheep and snow leopard, Thorong La pass, Pilgrimage site at Muktinath, hot spring, meeting both Hindus and Buddhist religious people.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu International airport then transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Tour to Kathmandu valley and brief about the trip to Nar Phu Valley.

Day 03:Drive to Besishar( 8,30m,) 6-7 hrs.

Day 04:Trek to Bahundada (1,320m,)5-6 hrs.

Day 05:Trek to chamje (1,410m)5-6 hrs.

Day 06:Trek to Dharapani (1,960) 6-7 hrs.

Day 07:Trek to Koto Manang.

Day 08:Trek to Meta (3530m.) the foot of Khanguru Himal 6981m.

Day 09:Junum to Phu valley.

Day 10: Excursion around Phu valley.

Day 11: Phu Valley to Nar Village

Day 12:Nar Village to Dharmasala 2800m.

Day 13: Dharmasala – koto –Chame (2713m)

Day 14: Chame to Pisang (3185m)

Day 15:Pisang to Manang (3440m)

Day 16:Manang acclimatizing day.

Day 17: Manang to Yak kharka (4210m)

Day 18:Yak kharka to Thorung phedi (4640m)/ Thorung High camp (4800m)

Day 29: Thorung phedi (4640m)/ Thorung High camp (4800m) via Thorung La (5416m) to Muktinath.(3802m)

Day 20:In the morning Muktinath Temple excursion and overnight at Kagbeni (2840m)

Day 21:Kagbeni to Jomsom (2713m)

Day 22:Jomsom by flight back to Pokhara (915m)

Day 23: Back to Katmandu by bus.6-7 hrs.

Day 24:Departure to home.
