Well I have made it to pokhara after a great 18 days trek on the annapurana circuit via ghorapani,my knees hurt and I have blisters bigger than the district of manang but it was definitely worth it. Binod told us many stories about his village, culture religions and life style in Nepal.

Nepal Moderate Treks & Expedition P.Ltd is the well known government register trekking company of nepal.We are trust worthy and fully commited to provide you the best services according to the agreement between our clients and our company (nepal Moderate Treks)We accept the booking on the following terms and conditions.We would like to request you when you book the trip with us,please send us photographs ,a photo copy of your passport and 20 percent advanced of the total payment should be send earlier then rest of the payment can paid upon your arrival in nepal.The total payment should be paid before you start the trip.
Reservations & Payment Methods
To process a booking, you must send us a completed Trip booking form that is available after clicking on ‘Book Now’ button at every trip page. If you are not booking fix departure dates and trying to sign up for customized trip then you can make the booking by filling the secured form available here. We require you to send us a photograph, passport copy and insurance details via email to info@nepalmoderatetreks.com after making the deposit payment through our secured booking system. After receiving the photocopy of your passport, photograph and insurance details with your 20% non-refundable deposit we will send you a final e-mail confirmation.A bank service charge may apply and should be paid at the time of deposi
For credit card payments, we only accept Visa or MasterCard and 4% credit card transaction fee will be required.
If your trip will be cancled due to our problem ,your deposit will be returned. We accept last minute booking then full payment is require upon your arrival..
Cancellations & Booking Changes
It is possible to modify your customized itinerary (Not applicable for fixed departures) even after confirmed your booking,if you want.
Cancellation of the trip is not possible and you will lose your 20% deposit amount. We won’t charge the amount if the trip is postponed with valid reason. Postponing notice is required a minimum of 20 days prior to trip departure. If you are not able to give proper notice within 20 days prior to your trip departure or do not show up at your scheduled arrival time without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
Passports & Visas
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 moths validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas costs are the sole responsibility of clients.
Travel Insurance
It is compulsory for all clients to have travel insurance before undertaking any tour, which should provide protection for the full duration of your tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and basic coverage for baggage.
Complaints
Should you have a complain of any sort concerning the trip or tour you must make it known to a tour leader or guide or the directing manager at the earliest opportunity who will take the appropriate action. We take your concerns seriously especially if they are discriminatory, fraudulent behavior, or sexual harassment claims. Take also the opportunity to fill out our feedback form in order to improve the quality of our service & company. We appreciate any kind of feedback.
Privacy
Our each and every client email & personal detail is strictly confidential and solely used for the purpose of processing enquiries, obtaining necessary permits, and operating trips. No personal information that you supply to us will be disclosed for any other purposes.
Risks & Liability
We are not responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restrictions, political strikes or unrest, landslides, road blockage, floods, snow avalanche, cancellation of domestic flights or missed flights, delay, inability to provide seats, any loss, thefts of valuables or damages, load shedding, sickness or accident. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the client with due duration.
In addition, we are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given by service providers. Please be aware that information details (i.e. accommodation costs, exchange rates) are updated or changed; it’s best to recheck before coming. However, we will provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information as best as we can.
