Trekking Grade

Check the Reality

We can categories trekking grade,considering the level of walking in different routes.Our walking and trekking activities are designed to be understand to all who are in good health and enjoy in country side and himalayas, but fitness levels are most important and you should consider carefully which trip either right or not for you. Our grading system is there to help you and better choose a trip appropriate according to your ability and requirements for you. For harder and difficult trips the proper preparation can vastly enhance your enjoyment; physical or mental strength that enables you to do something difficult for long period of time regular cycling, swimming, jogging and walking ,merathon beforehand will make a noticeable difference.

All you need to focus on is your power, ability and energy to complete the route or journey. Everyone has his or her own comfortable pace and we always manage to accommodate this. This is just a guide line even you feel tired in easy grade trekking also.so you should not be worry about the trekking grade sometimes in grade easy ,it will be tough walk in some place.You do not be fear about tough trekking ,there will be easy walk some times in some places.If you are slower, and far behind than the groups,you can go on your own pace,our guide and tour leader will manage and accomodate you.

Leisurely or Easy(Grade A)

When we categories level of trekking grade ,leisurly or easy (grade A) is simple and doesnot need any experience ; anyone fit and healthy enough to complete a weekend walk.The length of walking per day between four to five hours for easy grade trekking.The trail or path generally good and well maintained.If we think about altitude in easy grade trekking,low altitude with little daily variations.The gain of elevation are daily ascents approximately 300m up to 500m on easy grade trekking.Weather generally good and easy access to local amenities.

Moderate (Grade B)

Even for the moderate grade or grade B trekking also does not need any experience or trainning; those who take weekend hill walks in areas like the general walk in to the town at home can manage it but good health and reasonable fitness are important. The length of walking per day between five to seven hours for moderate grade trekking.The trail or path generally good but sometimes rocky terrain.If we think about altitude in moderate grade trekking,will go moderately high altitude but not extremely high..The gain of elevation are daily ascents approximately 500m up to 700m on moderate grade trekking.Weather generally good ,no real extremes of weatherand easy access to local facilities.

Challenging (Grade C)

Physical fitness is an important and you may have to improve yours exercise before departure for challenging grade. Most treks at this grade compare to extended walking in mountainous terrain such as the Lakes or Snowdonia, but usually at significantly higher altitudes; climate and remoteness can also play the role for this grade. If you have previous trekking experience ,it will be better but not vital if you are confident of your physical condition. The length of walking per day between six to seven hours for challenging grade trekking but it will be longer sometimes when we go on high passes and peaks .The trail or path generally good expect some difficult terrain including loose scree and sometimes rocky terrain.If we think about altitude in challenging grade trekking,will reach high altitude .The gain of elevation are daily ascents approximately 900m up to 1000m on challenging grade trekking.Weather generally some extremes of hot\cold likely and possibly remote areas with basic facilities some places at night.

Tough (Grade D)

Those experienced in trekking for a number of consecutive days in your countries, will understand how tough treks at this grade can be – stamina is essential, as walking days are long. We recommend previous trekking experience, preferably at altitude; you need complete confidence in your physical condition and the ability to trek for many days over difficult terrain.The length of walking long and hard per day between seven to eight hours for tough grade trekking but it will be longand hard days some times. .The trail or path generally difficult terrain with the snow,you may need ice axe and crampons.If we think about altitude in tough grade trekking,expect extremes of altitude and sometimes extended times.The gain of elevation are daily ascents approximately 1000m up to 1200m on tough grade trekking.Weather generally some extremes remote areas, wild environments with extreme weather.

Tough + Tough(Grade E)

An E grade trekking combines all the elements of our D Grade, tough itineraries, but includes climbing a glaciated mountain peak. Special equipments, like ice axes and crampons will be needed and you should have experience of them.The length of walking long and hard per day between seven to eight hours ,numerous long hard days but have to start early in the morning for tough +tough grade trekking .The trail or path generally difficult and technical terrain with snow, ice and rocks.If we think about altitude in tough +tough grade trekking,the biggest and technical trips reached over 6000m heighe sometimes.The gain of elevation are daily ascents approximately 1000m up to 1200m on E grade trekking.Weather generally some extremes remote areas, wild environments with extreme weather.Grade D and E rae more similar each other.
